Storyboard
The story progresses from left to right:
We decided not to use 'ending two' as we felt this may leave the veiwer a little confused at the end of the film and it would also make the film too long.
After finishing our filming and including every shot that is present within our storyboard we noticed that we were roughly a minute over the time limit, and consequently, we have had to cut a few shots out of our film in order to fit the time limit.

Finished filming :)
Recently we have been working with GarageBand as this is where we found the music for our film. We decided to mix a couple of different tracks inorder to make it as effective as possible, this also allowed us to add different instruments, such as drums, so we could create tension through the music.
There are still a lot of things left to do, such as adding credits and underpinning the phone conversation onto our film footage using Final Cut Express. We will also be starting work on our DVD extras soon.

Coursework filming continued...
I do not have any photos of this unfortunately as we forgot to charge the camera.
I will also be uploading our storyboard for this film, as soon as it has been scanned onto the computer :).

Filming for coursework...
Whilst creating our storyboard we came across a bit of a flaw in our plan as we didn’t thoroughly think through how we would be able to drag the camera through the hall and pan around into the living room, however we did come up with a solution...
We decided to place the camera and tripod on a rug, and then pull the rug along the wooden floor in the hall. This worked quite well although it we had some difficulty when trying to get the camera through the doorway without a huge jolt, but we did it in the end.
We had to make sure the camera was in exactly the right posistion in relation to the door as we needed to do a "fade through". We had to adjust the tripod legs as they were not straight and we had a lope-sided clip.
We also filmed the scenes where the actress (Jess) is checking on the child and the final scene of her sudden shock. This final scene was slightly more difficult to shoot as we decided to shoot an extreme close-up of her (Jess) face. This meant that we had to shoot from behind the curtains, and as there was only a narrow windowsill, we had to sit half out of the window...
This is a shot of Me and Susie just before we started filming the close-up shots of the actress (Jess).
As you can see we had to sit slightly out of the window to get the shot...
Here is an action shot of us filming one of the shotst take place in the bedroom of the child...
We will be filming again very shortly and I will keep you updated with images of our progress.

British Films
Today we created a table as a class that included the names, dates of release, directors and genres of a number of different British films.
